This book made me squirm with embarrassment at times, thinking of my own past experiences- it's spot on. Written in a light, easy-to-read style, it also had me laughing out loud in parts. The over-50 crowd might not get it, but everyone else should read this ;)Product details

Bing Banged My Lula edition by Frankie Park Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
A fun read about the adventures of four single mothers in London. All of the characters are bursting with personality.
I found this a very entertaining read.I use to spend a lot of time with a group of single mothers and the characters in this story are
great and very real. I loved reading it and going on their journey with them.
A funny, raunchy, whacky book about four single-mums rollicking around in an Essex girl world of sex, drugs, unreliable men, their own children.
I suppose it qualifies a chick-lit, even if the main figures seem to be in their thirties, but I think it’s a bit more than just that. Vigorously written, with a lot of fast moving witty dialogue that makes it a fresh read, it’s a story that bounces around from disaster to disaster as the girls go in and out of relationships with a string of men as well as each other, at the same time as dreaming that a Mr D’Arcy will arrive to save them. And, of course, they also have to sort out the daily home life at home of their eccentric children. But the author has cleverly avoided the pitfall of carping on about the plight of single-mums.
The action of the book is quite skilfully portioned out between the main characters, and flows quite easily from one to the other throughout. There are several brilliantly painted scenes – my favourite being two of the girls putting make up on a corpse in a morgue. The characters are also well drawn, each with a very definite personality, but all of them are of the Essex girl variety, and the only thing they don’t do is go out on a Saturday evening looking for a fight.
It’s a fun read for anyone wanting a slightly over the top romp.
This is a funny and edgy book, best served up with a quality drink or two. I think it should be required reading for men who think they know women, or for those confident enough to dare to know women a bit better.
This book made me squirm with embarrassment at times, thinking of my own past experiences- it's spot on. Written in a light, easy-to-read style, it also had me laughing out loud in parts. The over-50 crowd might not get it, but everyone else should read this ;)
